TENG Southern California Orange County Evening Meeting

Have you noticed how some technology leaders tactfully handle situations that are sensitive if not challenging? More often, you may notice when colleagues mishandle these situations because of the negative consequences. What do some of these technology leaders have that others seem to lack? It is finesse. To help you refine your leadership capabilities, the speaker at the November 1st meeting (Ryan Lahti) will discuss the essentials of leadership finesse. You will walk out of the session with a starting point for enhancing your own finesse. We look forward to seeing you.
